TINT's fall show explores the theme of "Into the Beyond" from the perspective of three women artists from three different countries.
Russian born, Finland-based Dasha Pears brings life to the subconscious. Her unique form of storytelling combines design, staging, and photography to create images that are whimsical yet simultaneously meticulous.
Stripped from color and representational imagery, Peruvian-born, now SF-based Jessie Laura's work explores what happens when we move beyond contemporary culture’s onslaught of visual imagery. Volume, texture, and light become the focus.
China-born, Bay Area resident, Ning Ma, captures what it's like to go beyond the bounds of humanity's presence in her landscape photography. From the highest peaks to the lowest valleys, Ma's journey has taken her around the globe to places where few humans have gone.
